40 licks jiu-jitsu club lead instructor and first degree Black belt, proof that a lack of any discernible talent should not stand in the way of Jiu-Jitsu proficiency. His dogged pursuit of Jiu-Jitsu, spanning well over 10 years , has taken him across the globe, enabling him to meet, train and compete with people from all walks of life.

The '40 Licks Jiu-Jitsu Club' name and motif borrow heavily from The Rolling Stones' famous Tongue and Lips logo, inspired by Adam's likeness to the Rock n' Roll Peacock. Adam was (affectionately?) referred to as the poor man's 'Mick Jagger' during his junior years and, sensing opportunity, the theme was kept.
